Forty-Nine-A St Paul’s Street offers a truly prestigious and unique development of just ten apartments unmatched in their quality and open plan design. 

The works compromised of an office to residential conversion with a two storey steel frame extension. Dhand construction delivered an extremely high customisable specification that could be tailored by the end user including German Kitchens, bespoke finishes, fully Italian tiled bathrooms, Vileroy & Boch Sanitaryware,  and a range of optional extras. These optional extras included smart home systems, cinema packages, fire places, fitted wardrobes and various other upgrades. 

The main constraints of keeping the Ground floor commercial element of the building open as well as building in a busy city centre site meant the steel frame had to be erected over a weekend with a timed road closure and a great deal of planning was put into material delivery, waste collection and scheduling noisy works. 

The project was delivered on time and within budget.
